Dadang Rukhiyana
CommissionerBorn in Bandung on June 27, 1966, he currently serves as a Commissioner of MNM and is a retired Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) senior officer with the rank of Brigadier General. Prior to his current role, he served as Inspector of KOGABWILHAN III (2020–2021), Regional Military Inspector (IRDAM) XVI/Pattimura (2021–2022), Assistant for Regional Potential to the Chief of Staff of KOGABWILHAN III (2019–2020), and Combat Support Coordination Officer of KOGABWILHAN III (2018–2019). He also served as Director of Education Development at the Indonesian Military Academy (2015–2016). Throughout his distinguished military career, he has accumulated extensive expertise in internal auditing, risk management, and strengthening organizational governance.

President DirectorBorn in Jakarta on February 10, 1971, he earned his Bachelor's degree from Trisakti University in 1994 and subsequently completed his Master's degree at Trisakti University in 2009. He began his professional career at PT Bank Artha Graha, where he served from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, he joined PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) and held a series of increasingly senior positions, including Assistant Manager of the Program Credit Division (2000–2004), Head of the Credit Supervision Section, Program Credit and Business Development Group (2004–2005), Head of the Sharia Financing Department and Secretary to the Sharia Supervisory Board (2007–2008), Business and Operations Director of IKSP (2008–2009), Head of the Supervision Department (2009–2011), and Branch Manager of PT PNM across various regions in Indonesia (2011–2017).He was subsequently appointed as Deputy Head of the Human Resources Division (2017–2018), Head of the PNM Venture Capital Division (2018–2020), and Business Director of PNM Ventura Syariah (2020–2026). In July 2026, he joined PT Mitra Niaga Madani as President Director.

DirectorBorn in Jakarta on February 10, 1966, completed his Bachelor of Agriculture Education at Bogor Agricultural Institute, majoring in Agricultural Socio-Economics and Bachelor of Economics at the University of Indonesia majoring in Management. Started his career in 1992 at PT Hatma Shanti, then joined Djajanti Group, then at PT Multi Daya Ritelindo. At the end of 1999, he had a career at PT PNM (Persero), having served as Head of Planning and Supervision, Head of Cash Management & ALMA, Head of Financing, Financing Coordinator, and Deputy Branch Manager PNM Bandung. In 2011-2012 as Commissioner of BPR Rizky Barokah and in 2021-2022 as President Commissioner of BPRS Haji Miskin. In 2013-2022 he served as General Manager of PT PNM Ventura Syariah, before finally joining PT Mitra Niaga Madani as Director in 2013-2022. PT Mitra Niaga Madani as Director in early 2022 until now.
