Established since May 2010 which is an affiliate of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani. Which is currently engaged in Building Planning Services, Development Construction, Maintenance, Developer & Building Management and Property Agents.

The management carried out to date has reached 3509 property units that have been spread throughout Indonesia and will continue to increase.

Good Corporate Governance & Code of Conduct

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is one of the main pillars that support the operations of a company as well as a key indicator of accountability. As a Business Group of PNM, MNM has a firm commitment in the implementation of GCG.


MNM fully realizes that the implementation of GCG will help achieve the mission of providing the best service to all its stakeholders. For MNM, GCG implementation is not just a formality. MNM's commitment in implementing GCG is outlined in the MNM Management System (SM MNM) to ensure the consistency of GCG implementation in the company's environment as a whole by involving all levels and tools of the company's management system.


SM MNM provides measurable and accountable direction for all aspects of GCG implementation and the concept and implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. Implementation at MNM focuses on several aspects of the company's organization such as finance, business processes, HR optimization and stakeholders.


To maintain the consistency of GCG implementation, the company periodically and programmatically continues to conduct comprehensive studies and evaluations of various aspects of its operations, including studies of its business support organizations. These studies and evaluations will be followed by improvements to the company's operations and business in order to be able to meet and satisfy the needs and expectations of customers for quality services through quality product output and high competitiveness so that it can be well received by the market.


The company's GCG implementation also includes risk management and control to ensure the company's ability. Another review that is regularly carried out by the company is an evaluation of the completeness of the organizational structure, including cost and benefit aspects.
